Owner agrees to pay ten (10) percent of the gross selling price of the boat as commission if, during the term of this agreement, a buyer is procured by the Broker . Owner also agrees to pay Broker a five(5) percent commission of the gross selling price of the boat if he/she, through his/her own advertising procures a buyer and consummates the sale. If the broker works with a buyer the owner procures owner is then subject to the full ten(10)percent commission on the gross sale of the vessel, please check this box if you are in agreement of these conditions.
